mondays.

This girl and those dogs... I tell ya, if something ever happened to them she'd be a mess. So many slobbery kisses were given to all three pictured above and I don't know who enjoyed it most.

We had a semi-relaxing weekend with a photoshoot on the coast, me hitting a deer (I'm okay.. my car isn't too banged up, definitely could've been worse) and completed it with a short little hike that led to the highest point on the Oregon Coastal Range (4,098ft)! I needed to find a location for an upcoming styled shoot and think I may have found it. After putting photography on the back burner and trying to figure out where and what exactly I wanted out of it, I think I've found my niche. If you want to follow along on my journey my insta is @karraleighphoto. I'm working on shoots to create a website now!

Rae's getting to where we can ask if she wants to hike and she gets so excited. It makes both mine and handsome's heart burst. Bre wasn't too crazy about this hike so we just went to the summit and walked back a bit to find a pretty spot to feed her and let Rae run around a bit before we got back in the car.

and now it's Monday, we missed the gym this morning and I have a million pictures to go through and two babes who are off setting their nap time for the first time. About to just call it a day and fill the pool up so we can all enjoy the sunshine.

  1. Aww it's hard when you have a lot of work to do and babes won't nap, eh? That setting looks gorgeous, for a hike and a photoshoot! I have my first wedding coming up in just a few weeks... I'm SO nervous!

  7. Gorgeous, GORGEOUS photos!! I wish you could take our pictures!! And I wish I had those views in my neck of the woods, ha!
So scary about hitting the deer! I was so nervous about that when we lived in areas in Utah where they roamed a lot. Sooooo glad you're okay and the car isn't damaged too badly!
