I guess I'm a yogi?
I started bikram yoga (yoga in a heated room, 105 degrees to be exact) at least mine was.. and it was so.much.fun. I really enjoyed my teachers and the added heat made it more of a challenge that was always fun. I haven't been recently because my free trial ended and just haven't made the jump to actually get a membership. Right now isn't the best time because I really need to focus on school & my mom is still visiting so maybe in a few months. That, or I'm going to look into yogaglo too!
So instead, I practice inversions at home!
Handsome still makes me work out and I couldn't be more thankful for that. He pushes me when I need it and (when I was more consistent) I saw results from doing crossfit in a matter of no time. I still haven't got that unassisted pull-up I was hoping for by the end of May.. so that just may have to carry over to June.
I love the "me time" yoga gives me and also the core and arm strengthening because this girl DEF needs it. I'm also looking into some barre3 classes. There is one in town and also another in Portland, so when I get more free time that is next on my list. I don't think I could ever JUST do yoga because it is all just body weight and I feel like I need more than that (crossfit or running) ha. I hate running.. LOATHE it. So again, after school I am promising myself to get on a schedule.
& because this was a off the wall post. A little cuteness from this little pasta loving babe at our thai lunch date the other day.
